Our Story
Apex HOA Management was founded by professionals with deep roots in community association management. Our owner is a CPA with more than 25 years actively working with boards. Our founder saw a consistent pattern: communities were being underserved, boards were left without answers, and homeowners were frustrated.
We launched Apex with a different model — a hybrid approach that gives HOA boards the professional financial oversight and advisory support they need, while keeping the community portal and data in the board's hands. Fewer layers, more accountability.
Today we serve communities of all sizes, from small condo associations to large master-planned neighborhoods. Every client gets a dedicated manager, transparent reporting, and a team that picks up the phone.
